About the project

The project is focused on improving the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system in the Balkan region. This will be achieved by introducing innovative, market-oriented training solutions that will provide opportunities for lifelong learning and the development of green and sustainability skills for female entrepreneurs.

The project will address several challenges in the Balkan region and Turkey. These include the low quality of vocational education and training, a lack of education and training in the green sector, high unemployment rates particularly among women and other vulnerable groups, a mismatch between skills and the job market, and a scarcity of green initiatives in the region.

Partners

Deliverables

Our goal is to develop an online platform with several key objectives.
The platform will showcase good practices and case studies of women entrepreneurs and green entrepreneurs from Europe. It will also highlight good practices and case studies of the VET sector, including training methodologies, upskilling methods, and connections with the labor market. The platform will offer e-learning materials for VET teachers and trainers, which will be based on the VET curriculum for VET trainers.

The project aims to create an appealing visual identity, including the project’s logo, document, and presentation templates. It seeks to increase public awareness of the project’s activities, results, and events in different partner countries, especially in the Balkan region. The project will promote and disseminate its vision and goals widely and consistently.
