Partners

The partnership has been assembled to form a unified team that complements each other in terms of skills, experience, expertise, knowledge, and operational background. Although each project outcome is assigned to a specific partner, all partners will contribute to all activities. This is because each partner can offer a unique contribution based on their experience and the work of their experts in the field of intercultural and innovative support for female entrepreneurs. This unique contribution is particularly valuable in the context of the topics and exercises assigned.

The G-FEB project has established a transnational partnership between 8 organizations – NGOs & private entities, from 7 different countries, as described below:

SYNDESMOS EPICHERIMATION GYNAIKON ELLADAS (SEGE)

The Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs – S.E.G.E – is a national non-governmental and non-profit organization founded in 1997, and is addressed to women who are active in business in Greece. The empowerment for the entrepreneurial and interpersonal development of every woman is the central core of the philosophy of the Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs – S.E.G.E. The mission of S.E.G.E. is the development of women and the support of the sustainability of their business through the implementation of actions such as Consulting, Education, Mentoring, etc. At the same time, S.E.G.E. is actively involved with actions designed to empower every woman in order to help her find the professional and interpersonal direction she deserves.

ALBANIA ASSOCIATION OF INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTALISTS (AAIE)

The AAIE boasts extensive experience collaborating with both International and National organizations, accumulating over fifteen years of expertise in the analysis, research, planning, implementation, and evaluation of diverse socio-economic policy initiatives. This proficiency is particularly concentrated in the field of the environment.

As a non-governmental organization, our projects center on environmental and human development, dedicated to fostering the social and economic recovery of the country.

ASSOCIATION OF BUSINESS WOMEN – BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

The Association of Business Women in Bosnia and Herzegovina (ABW BiH) represents a force for change and progress through support, education, and promotion of women entrepreneurship. Founded by successful businesswomen, managers, and experts, the members of the association actively work to create a more favorable economic environment in BiH.

The mission of ABW BiH is to support the development of women entrepreneurship through networking, education, and counseling. The association's vision is to strengthen the social framework for the development of women entrepreneurship through improved development policies and the creation of new jobs.

ASSOCIATION OF BUSINESS WOMEN – NORTH MACEDONIA

The Association of Business Women – Macedonia is a specific and competent partner in the dialogue with the government, NGOs and the private sector, which contributes to the social and economic development, with special emphasis on the women’s entrepreneurship as a factor of economic growth.

The Association of Business Women – Macedonia was formally established in July 2010 as an NGO that actively works to promote and strengthen women’s entrepreneurship in the country and in the region. Women’s Entrepreneurship as a separate branch for economic development in the private sector, as well as in the state institutions and associations, has not been clearly identifiable.

BUSINESS WOMEN ASSOCIATION – MONTENEGRO

Business Women Assocication of Montenegro supports women in business, female leadership and entrepreneurship, advocate for business climate improvement and continuously is fostering networking on a local, regional and international level.

Business Women Association of Montenegro is recognised as a respected partner in public-private dialogue, contributing to social and economic development, with a special focus on female entrepreneurship as a factor of economic growth.

TURKEY WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS ASSOCIATION (KAGIDER)

Turkey Women Entrepreneurs Association (KAGIDER) is a non-governmental organization that aims to empower women through entrepreneurship. Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey is a non-profit non-governmental organization founded in September 2007 by 37 women entrepreneurs that engages in activities in Turkey.

KAGIDER has been involved in numerous projects and initiatives since its establishment in collaboration with components from the public, private sector, and civil society. The organization’s goals include preparing young women for working life, providing education and mentorship support to women who want to become entrepreneurs, making visible and increasing the number of role model women entrepreneurs.

WOMEN’S ECONOMIC CHAMBER OF ALBANIA (WECA)

The Women’s Economic Chamber of Albania (WECA) was legally established on 26th June 2020. 

The Chamber represents the common interest of a group of women entrepreneurs and professionals to influence society for the empowerment of women entrepreneurship in Albania. After decades of experience in various fields of business, they joined together the knowledge, energy, interest and desire for contribution to extend to the community of women-led businesses.

The WECA’s mission is to empower women in entrepreneurship as promoters of the economy, contributing to all decision-making processes of economic issues. 

BEST INSTITUT FÜR BERUFSBEZOGONE WEITERBILDUNG UND PERSONALTRAINING

BEST Institut für berufsbezogene Weiterbildung und Personaltraining GmbH was founded in 1990 as an independent Austrian organisation for providing continuous training, vocational qualification and career services. Its main activities comprise the development of innovative training programmes for young individuals and adults, many of them disadvantaged women and individuals with migration background, on continuous and vocational training, counselling & coaching and activation for job seekers and employees.
