The G-FEB project is designed to emphasize the importance of vocational education in the green entrepreneurship sector and the community’s responsibility to shift towards greener, more sustainable practices combined with smart specializations and digitalization. Here’s a summary of its impact on various target groups:

Participant Organizations:
1. They will enhance their expertise in greener practices, aligning with Environmental Footprint methods, which will aid in supporting green enterprises.
2. They will evaluate their training programs and mobilities with the help of participants and stakeholders, providing feedback for improvement and recognition for their programs/activities.
3. Their networks will expand as the 8 organizations in this partnership collaborate with their stakeholders, fostering future cooperation.
4. They will gain experience in managing EU projects, learning about EU working behaviour, and enhancing their corporate capacity.

Trainers and Learners:
1. They will have transnational learning opportunities through trainings and study visits, returning with increased knowledge and new insights.
2. They will improve their skills by sharing their previous implementations and gaining skills from the training programs.
3. Their professional network will expand by establishing relationships with stakeholders from other participating countries.
4. They will increase their role as ambassadors of green practices, acting as a bridge between this new approach and SMEs.

SMEs:
1. They will receive materials and new staff skilled in these practices to adopt a greener perspective.
2. They will directly receive the project outcomes for implementation, spurring further research to adopt greener practices in the business sector.
3. They will become familiar with Erasmus programs and organizations experienced in them, potentially leading to future collaborations.

VET Institutions:
1. They will improve in identified areas of weakness via the training materials G- FEB will offer.
2. They will engage people from vulnerable groups, especially women.
